Administrative Coordinator - Center Services/Human Resources, Full Time

Duties: Responsible for providing any and all administrative/clerical support to carry out duties and responsibilities of the position to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Center. Position responsible for supporting Center Services Group (Tumor Registry, HIS, Facilities and Registration and Scheduling) with primary support of the Human Resources function. Responsible for coordinating special projects as directed. Professionally interfaces with staff, physicians, board members, hospital and other clinic representatives, community leaders and dignitaries.

Requirements: Prefer business office degree. Consider high school graduate with minimum of seven (7) years of administrative support experience. Additional business office training or degree preferred. Position is located in Erie, PA.

Insurance Clerk

Duties: Obtain patient and insurance information as needed and bill all patient accounts with insurance and patient balances. Resolve patient/customer inquiries and problems. Post charges, payments and adjustments on patient accounts.
